This was the easiest truck purchase we ever did everything from the comfort of our home. We found the vehicle online. I have never thought I would ever purchase a vehicle online. Well, a few days back I saw an advertisement for a truck, that really interested my wife and I on social media. So, I checked out the dealerships Jim Falk Motors website, did some reading about them, read reviews and looked more into the truck we found. While checking out their website, I noticed they advertised free delivery. So, I finally decide to call Jim Falk Motors and was connected to Shawn Frost. Shawn was very helpful in answering all our questions, took photos and videos of the truck that we were interested in. Shawn went did everything he could to help us in getting the deal done. Everyone I talked to at the dealership, were extremely helpful and pleasant. So, we decided to do the unthinkable and purchase a truck online. Shawn made arrangements to have a couple things done to the truck, took more videos to send to me of the progress of things being done. Well today was the day Jim Falk motors delivered our new truck. Just as they say free delivery to a large area, they mean it. We live over 4hrs away from the dealership, and they brought it to us, completely free. Purchasing this truck online was extremely easy and all the staff we encountered were amazing. Shawn you rock!!

I cannot say enough, good things about Jim Falk and our salesman Austin Mundy. Also the finance and support people. From the first conversation we had on the phone until we sealed the deal. The algorithm knew I was in the market for a new truck and came across this dealership on Facebook, I saw the truck I was looking for and put in a request for information. I spoke with Austin, and in 36 hours I had my truck delivered to me. The process was simple and straight forward, I was about to get a great deal, and not once did I ever feel pressure. Being the customer service industry myself, good service is something I pay close attention to, and Jason certainly delivers. He worked tirelessly on my deal, and he is the reason why I was doing business with a dealership over 800 miles away because his service was top notch. The dealership is easy to deal with and do not add on doc fees and other add on fees. I ended up not taking the vehicle due to some personal reasons but if and when I’m in the market again, this place, and particularly Jason will be the first place I look. It’s not often I can say that the car buying process was easy, but they make it as easy and hassle free as it can be.
