I had an intermittent starting issue with my GMC Acadia. Crystal was the Service Advisor that worked with me. She kept me informed during the process on the first and subsequent visits. She stayed on top of the problem and was very courteous to work with. Although it took more than one visit and leaving my vehicle for a week, she was great throughout the entire process. Thank you Crystal and the service technicians that corrected the problem,
